Anastasios Douvikas moves to Celta Vigo for €12m – we scouted Douvikas for a client back in August 2022 and then tracked him throughout the season, grading him has being capable of playing for a good Tier 1 side.
Who is Anastasios Douvikas?
“Anastasios Douvikas is a 23-year-old striker who is mobile and dynamic with his approach and is versatile enough to play as an inverted forward or a winger. He is clever with his movement and poses a threat to the opposition with the runs he makes. He assists his team with the build-up play and combines with his teammates to progress further. His positioning is smart and gets into crucial goal-scoring but needs to show better composure in front of the goal as he has the potential to produce good numbers.
Defensively, he is aggressive and plays with high intensity. He can press the opposition and put in strong tackles to regain possession higher up the pitch. His work ethic is good but with a better end product, he can play at a higher level.”
