One that stood out was Nazariy Rusyn signed from Zorya – xGOLD highlighted Rusyn as a striker with a similar data profile to Kylian Mbappe, meaning we had to scout him further. Who is Nazariy Rusyn?
“Nazariy Rusyn is a forward who shows solid off-the-ball movements, being clever to detect spaces to run in behind, varying the direction of his runs constantly, and getting between defenders to attack those spaces. He shows a reliable and varied finishing, being capable to take the ball out of the penalty box and turning to shoot. He has capacities to play facing the goal when he gets closer to it. He’s also a good defender to press high, showing aggressiveness when his team raises his block.”
