Emmanuel Yeboah has moved from Cluj to Brondby for €1.8m – we first scouted Yeboah back in September 2022 and tracked him again more recently in June 2023. We felt the 20-year-old had the potential to move to Tier 2 next, so this looks like a great deal for Brondby.
“Emmanuel Yeboah is a versatile forward who can play as a conventional number nine but is most effective in a front two or as a wide forward. He shows glimpses of good dribbling skills and can also create goalscoring opportunities for his teammates. He does get into the box but needs to improve the quality and frequency of his end product. He can carry the ball well in transitions and shows a good pace to run into open spaces, but needs to improve his overall awareness on the ball. He has a good strong frame and also shows a good work rate to press higher up the pitch. Yeboah is still a very raw talent and needs to polish his attacking abilities to be more effective, but does have the potential to perform in more demanding leagues.”
