Today’s TFA Talent is a 21-year-old Dutch midfielder, Dirk Proper of NEC. We started scouting Proper back in September 2022 and have tracked him for nearly a year and we strongly feel he is a potential bargain signing for a Tier 1 side. We’ve recommended him to several clubs at this level both in the January and summer window of 2023.
Who is Dirk Proper?
“Dirk Proper is a talented footballer who profiles as a ball-winning midfielder. He shows an impressive ability to win tackles and make interceptions consistently to help his team regain possession. In possession, he looks to keep things simple and does not have a wide passing range. He can move the ball around well but often sticks to the central areas of the pitch to cover the spaces in front of his backline.”
