TFA Scouted: Dan Ndoye joins Bologna from FC Basel for €8m – scout report

Dan Ndoye has moved from FC Basel to Bologna in Serie A for €8m – we scouted the attacker earlier this month and felt that he was a Tier 2 player who could make a decent impact. With Bologna just being promoted to Serie A, this is a good value market for them to work in.
