Dan Glazer has left Maccabi Tel Aviv and signed for OFI Crete on a free transfer we initially scouted Glazer back in September 2021 and have reported on him several times since, most recently in August 2023 where he was graded as a Tier 4 midfielder on our TIPPSTER model.
Who is Dan Glazer?
Dan Glazer is a 26-year-old midfielder who operates in a double pivot. With a sound technique, he is neat in possession and looks composed under pressure. Comfortable moving the ball sideways and forwards but his passing range seems a little restricted. Hardly attempts those long-range passes but has the technique to execute them regularly. Defensively, he is quite committed with his approach as he intends on pressing the opposition higher up the pitch to regain possession. He has the work ethic to cover good ground in his half but his anticipation let him down on a few instances.
