The 2023/24 LaLiga table sees Real Madrid running away with the title at the top, with Girona, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid closing out the UEFA Champions League spots. Almería, Granada and Cádiz are in the relegation zone, and the former two will likely go down.

Granada have struggled to find the right combination on the pitch, using the most players (36) of any side in the league. Seville-based clubs Sevilla and Real Batis, who have drawn the most games in the league, come in second place after using 35 players.
Sevilla might have to stick to their recent team combinations, as they are on a four-game unbeaten run after earning only three points from their previous six games.
Rock-bottom Almería, who have not won a single game so far, have used 33 players and, if there is a way, might have to use more if that is going to get them their first win of the season. Two other teams have used 30 or more players — Villarreal (30) and Cádiz (31).
Osasuna have used the fewest players (22) in the league and continue to punch above their weight after their impressive 2022/23.
Girona’s impressive season becomes even more remarkable when we consider they have used the second-fewest players in the league (23) alongside Mallorca. Rivals Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid have used only 24 players, which is not a big surprise as they traditionally stick to the same combinations quite often to get their points.
Barcelona, who have used 26 players this season, have struggled for consistency on the pitch, and the season seems to be pretty much done for them with the title out of reach at the moment.
Celta Vigo (28), Deportivo Alavés (28), Real Sociedad (29) and Las Palmas (27) have also used a fairly high number of players to accumulate the points they have thus far.
