Yusuf Barasi has moved to Adana Demirspor from AZ Alkmaar – we first scouted Barasi for a client back in January 2022 and then tracked him through last season, grading the young attacked as having the potential to have a medium impact for a Tier 2 side.
Who is Yusuf Barasi?
“Yusuf Barasi is a promising forward who also looked capable of playing on the left flank. He did well to get on the ball and link up play during transitions while also showcasing a neat first touch under pressure. He was a decent dribbler as well and constantly looked to create chances for his teammates with crosses and through balls while looking to hit the target himself with some neat shots on goal. Barasi took up good positions when defending but often failed to make the most of this as he lacked the defensive qualities needed to effectively win possession back. He seemed eager to shut off the opposition passing lanes and was seen tracking back as well but that seemed to be it for his defensive contributions.”
